NextPixel Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the eSign PDF Documents application (the "App"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Welcome to Sign. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sign mobile application ("Sign," the "App") provided by NextPixel Apps LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By downloading, installing, or using Sign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sign. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By using Sign, you represent and warrant that:
You meet the age requirement
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Sign on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.
This license is granted by NextPixel Apps LLP and is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference and available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the App to build a competing product or service
Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
Sign does not require account creation. Your documents and signatures are stored locally on your device.
You are solely responsible for:
The security of your device and the data stored on it
Backing up your documents and signatures (we do not provide backup services)
The accuracy and legality of any documents you sign using the App
Maintaining the confidentiality of any sensitive information you process
If you lose access to your device or uninstall the App, you may permanently lose all locally stored documents and signatures. We cannot recover this data.
Sign provides tools to create digital and electronic signatures on documents. You acknowledge and agree that:
The legal validity of any electronic signature depends on the laws of the jurisdiction where the document is executed and enforced
Different jurisdictions have different requirements (e.g., eIDAS Regulation in the European Union, ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States, Information Technology Act, 2000 in India)
Some documents (e.g., wills, certain real estate transactions, court filings) may legally require handwritten signatures or notarization and cannot be validly executed using Sign
Sign produces simple electronic signatures (SES) and does not currently provide qualified electronic signatures (QES) as defined under eIDAS
It is your sole responsibility to verify that an electronic signature is legally valid for your intended use case. We make no representations or warranties about the legal enforceability of any document signed using Sign, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of electronic signatures in unsuitable contexts.
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for high-value, regulated, or contested documents.
Sign offers a free tier with core features and an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features.
Weekly subscription: 4,99 € per week (or equivalent in your local currency)
Monthly subscription: 7,99 € per month (or equivalent in your local currency), including a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers
Actual prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen plan
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Premium features until then.
We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple via https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting to use Premium features immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
We may change subscription prices for new billing periods. You will be notified of any price change in advance, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to use Sign to:
Sign documents fraudulently or impersonate another person
Forge, alter, or create misleading signatures
Process documents that violate any law (e.g., illegal contracts, fraudulent agreements)
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware or harmful code
Interfere with the App's operation or security
Bypass any technical limitations of the App, including subscription enforcement
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms.
Sign, including its design, source code, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by NextPixel Apps LLP and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You retain all rights to the documents, signatures, and content you create or import into Sign ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over Your Content.
Because Your Content is stored locally on your device, we do not access, copy, or use it for any purpose.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve our products without obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free
Warranties regarding the legal validity, enforceability, or admissibility of electronically signed documents
Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated summaries or other AI features
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country, including under EU consumer protection law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) 50 EUR
We are not liable for any loss arising from the use, misuse, or legal consequences of electronically signed documents
We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, or user error
For consumers in the European Union: these limitations do not exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct, nor any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
